Stort, greit utstyrt hus i rolig villastrøk. Gode rom/senger. Stort basseng og hage - usjenert. Fritt og fint for storfamilie. Kort veg til matbutikk, enklere restauranter og en liten, lokal Strand av middels klasse. (Veldig bratte bakker fra hus til butikk etc.) For oss var dette huset helt supert! ( familieferie med barn og ungdommer) anbefales hvis man liker å feriere i rolig strøk. Ca 10 min m taxi til Calpe, med mange servicetilbod og fin Strand !

« Charming house needs renovation »

Els Pins is really a potential house for relaxing holiday. The environment is peaceful, no traffic, noisy bars, etc. The supermarket, beach and restaurants are quite near.
House seems to be old, I guess from 1970´s and needs renovation. For example we could not make coffee in kitchen because the wall sockets did not operate (well we made coffee in a living room). For the same reason we could not use the washing machine. We reminded Interhome Calpe, but they did not answered or reacted. (Yes we cheked the fuses, but no help :))
Anyway the pool and yard were really nice.

Maison adaptée à nos besoins. Distance de la mer et du centre idéal pour ne pas être pollués par l'afflux estival. Equipements de cuisine trop basiques .
le coin pool-house est très bien pour manger à l'ombre mais ne permet pas de cuisiner sur la barbecue le midi.
